Does it expire?
No. Cards bought here have no expiry date, and any unspent balance stays on the card indefinitely.
Can they spend it across several orders?
Yes. The code works until the balance runs out — spend £30 of a £50 card and £20 stays on it.
What if it doesn't arrive?
We email a copy to whoever bought it as well, so it can be forwarded on. Still stuck? Message us and we'll resend it.
Can I use one to buy another gift card?
No — gift cards can only be spent on stock. Everything else in the shop is fair game, outlet lines included.
Is it refundable?
Gift cards aren't refundable once sent, but anything bought with one falls under our normal 14-day returns.
Do I pay postage on it?
No. It's emailed, so there's nothing to post and no delivery charge on a gift-card-only order.
